Psalm 147:19-20 Part 1 of 2

He has revealed his words to Jacob,
    his decrees and regulations to Israel.

For he issued his laws to Jacob;
    he gave his instructions to Israel.

    even the children not yet born--
    and they in turn will teach their own children.  (see all Psalm 78)
Malachi 4:4
"Remember to obey the Law of Moses, my servant--all the decrees and regulations I gave him on Mount Sinai for all Israel."  (see all Malachi 4)

They are the people of Israel, chosen to be God's adopted children. God revealed his glory to them. He made covenants with them and gave them his law. He gave them the privilege of worshiping him and receiving his wonderful promises.  (see all Romans 9)
