Psalm 145:17-18 Part 1 of 2

The LORD is righteous in everything he does;
     he is filled with kindness.
The LORD is close to all who call on him,
yes, to all who call on him in truth.

The LORD is righteous in everything he does;...
Exodus 9:27
Then Pharaoh quickly summoned Moses and Aaron. "This time I have sinned," he confessed. "The LORD is the righteous one, and my people and I are wrong."  (see Exodus 9:13-35)

Lamentations 1:18
"The LORD is right," Jerusalem says,

and Jerusalem will live in safety.
And this will be it's name:

... he is filled with kindness.

Titus 3:4-5
But--
When God our Savior revealed his
kindness and love, he saved us, not
because of the righteous things we had
done, but because of his mercy. He
washed away our sins, giving us a new
birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.  (see all Titus 3)
1 Peter 2:2-3
Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment, now that you have had a taste of the LORD's kindness.  (see all 1 Peter 2)
