Psalm 122:1-2

I was glad when they said to me,

    "Let us go to the house of the LORD."

And now here we are,

    standing inside your gates, O Jerusalem.

    "Second, celebrate the Festival of harvest, when you bring me the first crops of your harvest."

Isaiah 2:3  

People from many nations will come and say,

"Come, let us to up to the mountain of the LORD,

    to the house of Jacob's God.

There he will teach us his ways,

    and we will walk in his paths."  

For the LORD's teaching will go out from Zion;

Zechariah 8:20-22  

    "This is what the LORD of Heaven's Armies says: People from nations and cities around the world will travel to Jerusalem. The people of one city will say to the people of another, 'Come with us to Jerusalem to ask the LORD to bless us. Let's worship the LORD of Heaven's Armies. I'm determined to go.' Many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the LORD of Heaven's Armies and to ask for his blessing."  (see all Zechariah 8)

 

And now here we are, standing inside your gates, O Jerusalem.  

Psalm 9:14  

Save me so I can praise you publicly at Jerusalem's gates,

    so I can rejoice that you have rescued me.  (see all Psalm 9)

Psalm 87:1-3  

On the holy mountain

    stands the city founded by the LORD.

He loves the city of Jerusalem     

    more than any other city in Israel.

O city of God,

    what glorious things are said of you!  (see all Psalm 87)

Psalm 100:4  

Enter his gates with thanksgiving;

    go into his courts with praise.

    Give thanks to him and praise his name.  (see all Psalm 100)

Psalm 118:19-20  

Open for me the gates where the righteous enter,

    and I will go in and thank the LORD.

These gates lead to the presence of the LORD,

    and the godly enter there.  (see all Psalm 118)
