Habakkuk 3:10-11 Part 1 of 2

The mountains watched and trembled. Onward swept the raging waters. The mighty deep cried out, lifting its hands to the LORD. The sun and moon stood still in the sky as your brilliant arrows flew and your glittering spear flashed.

Was it in anger, LORD, that you struck the rivers and parted the sea? Were you displeased with them? No, you were sending your chariots of salvation! You brandished your bow and your quiver of arrows. You split open the earth with flowing rivers.

2 Kings 2:1  When the LORD was about to take Elijah up to heaven in a whirlwind, Elijah and Elishah were traveling from Gilgal.

Jeremiah 49:7  This message was given concerning Edom. This is what the LORD of Heaven's Armies says: "Is there no wisdom in Teman? Is no one left to give wise counsel?' (see verses 7-22)

Jeremiah 49:20  Listen to the LORD's plans against Edom and the people of Teman. Even little children will be dragged off like sheep, and their homes will be destroyed.
