Daniel 12:8-10

I heard what he said, but I did not understand what he meant. So I asked, "How will all this finally end, my lord?" But he said, "Go now, Daniel, for what I have said is kept secret and sealed until the time of the end. Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means."

Isaiah 8:16  Preserve the teaching of God; entrust his instructions to those who follow me. (see verses 11-22)

Isaiah 29:11  All the future events in this vision are like a sealed book to them. When you give it to those who can read, they will say, "We can't read it because it is sealed." (see verses 9-14)

Daniel 8:26  "This vision about the 2,300 evenings and mornings is true. But none of these things will happen for a long time, so keep the vision a secret." (see all chapter 8)

Daniel 12:4  "But you, Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal up the book until the time of the end, when many will rush here and there, and knowledge will increase." (see verses 1-4)

"Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials." 

Isaiah 1:25  "I will raise my fist against you. I will melt you down and skim off your slag. I will remove all your impurities." (see verses 21-26)

Isaiah 48:10  "I have refined you, but not as silver is refined. Rather, I have refined you in the furnace of suffering." (see verses 1-11)

Daniel 11:35  "And some of the wise will fall victim to persecution. In this way they will be refined and cleansed and made pure until the time of the end, for the appointed time is still to come." (see verses 32-35)

Malachi 3:3  "He will sit like a refiner of silver, burning away the dross. He will purify the Levites, refining them like gold and silver, so that they may once again offer acceptable sacrifices to the LORD." (see verses 1-4)

"But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand." 

Jeremiah 5:26  "Among my people are wicked men who lie in wait for victims like a hunter hiding in a blind. They continually set traps to catch people." (see verses 20-31)

"Only those who are wise will know what it means." 

Hosea 14:9  Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully. The paths of the LORD are true and right, and righteous people live by walking in them. But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. (see all chapter 14)
