Luke 9:28-31 Part 2 of 2

About eight days later Jesus took Peter, John, and James up on a mountain to pray. And as he was praying, the appearance of his face was transformed, and his clothes became dazzling white. Suddenly two men, Moses and Elijah, appeared and began talking with Jesus. They were glorious to see. And they were speaking about his exodus from this world, which was about to be fulfilled in Jerusalem.

Revelation 1:13-14  And standing in the middle of the lampstands was someone like the Son of Man. He was wearing a long robe with a gold sash across his chest. His head and his hair were white like wool, as white as snow. And his eyes were like flames of fire.

Suddenly two men, Moses and Elijah, appeared and began talking with Jesus.
Matthew 17:3  Suddenly, Moses and Elijah appeared and began talking with Jesus.

Malachi 4:5  "Look, I am sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and dreadful day of the LORD arrives."

2 Peter 1:13-15  And it is only right that I should keep on reminding you as long as I live. For our Lord Jesus Christ has shown me that I must soon leave this earthly life, so I will work hard to make sure you always remember these things after I am gone.
