Psalm 89:3-4 Part 2 of 2

The LORD said, "I have made a covenant with David, my chosen servant.

    I have sworn this oath to him:

'I will establish your descendants as kings forever;

    they will sit on your throne from now until eternity.' "

Ezekiel 37:24-25  "My servant David will be their king, and they will have only one shepherd. They will obey my regulations and be careful to keep my decrees. They will live in the land I gave my servant Jacob, the land where their ancestors lived. They and their children and their grandchildren after them will live there forever, generation after generation. And my servant David will be their prince forever."  (see all chapter 37)

Luke 1:31-33  "You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus. He will be very great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The LORD God will give him the throne of his ancestor David. And he will reign over Israel forever; his kingdom will never end!"  (see verses 26-56)

Luke 1:69-70  

"He has sent us a mighty Savior

    from the royal line of his servant David,

just as he promised

Revelation 22:16  "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to his throne. I am the bright morning star."  (see all chapter 22)
