Psalm 95:6-7 Part 2 of 2

Come, let us worship and bow down.
    Let us kneel before the LORD our maker,
    for he is our God.
We are the people he watches over,
    the flock under his care.

Leviticus 26:12  "I will walk among you; I will be your God, and you will be my people."  (see verses 1-13)

Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture,

    Peter was hurt that Jesus asked the question a third time. He said, "Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you."
    Jesus said, "Then feed my sheep."  (see verses 15-19)
2 Corinthians 6:16  And what union can there be between God's temple and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God said:
    "I will live in them
        and walk among them.
    I will be their God,
        and they will be my people."  (Leviticus 26:12, Ezekiel 37:27)

Ephesians 1:14  The Spirit is God's guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.  (see all chapter 1)
