Psalm 135:5-7 Part 1 of 2

I know the greatness of the LORD--

    that our Lord is greater than any other god.

The LORD does whatever pleases him

    throughout all heaven and earth,

    and on the seas and in their depths.

He causes the clouds to rise over the whole earth.

    He sends the lightning with the rain

    and releases the wind from his storehouses. 

     

I know the greatness of the LORD--

Psalm 48:1

How great is the LORD,

    how deserving of praise,

in the city of our God,

    which sits on his holy mountain!  (see all Psalm 48)

Psalm 96:4  

Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise!

    He is to be feared above all gods.  (see all Psalm 96)

Psalm 97:9  

For you, O LORD, are supreme over all the earth;
