Luke 1:14-15 Part 3 of 3

"You will have great joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth, for he will be great in the eyes of the Lord. He must never touch wine or other alcoholic drinks. He will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even before his birth."

"He will be filled with the Holy Spirit"
Luke 1:41  At the sound of Mary's greeting, Elizabeth's child leaped within her, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
Luke 1:67  Then his father, Zechariah, was filled with the Holy Spirit and gave this prophecy: (see verses 68-79)
Acts 2:4  And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
Acts 15:8  "God knows people's hearts, and he confirmed that he accepts Gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he did to us."

"even before his birth"
Isaiah 49:1  Listen to me, all you distant lands! Pay attention, you who are far away! The LORD called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name.
Isaiah 49:5-6  And now the LORD speaks--the one who formed me in my mother's womb to be his servant, who commissioned me to bring Israel back to him. The LORD has honored me, and my God has given me strength. He says, "You will do more than restore the people of Israel to me. I will make you a light to the Gentiles, and you will bring my salvation to the ends of the earth."
Jeremiah 1:4-5  The LORD gave me this message: "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations."
Luke 1:43-44  "Why am I so honored that the mother of my Lord should visit me? When I heard your greeting, the baby in my womb jumped for joy."
Galatians 1:15-16  But even before I was born, God chose me and called me by his marvelous grace. Then it pleased him to reveal his Son to me so that I would proclaim the Good News about Jesus to the Gentiles. When this happened, I did not rush out to consult with any human being.
