Daniel 7:2

In my vision that night, I, Daniel, saw a great storm churning the surface of a great sea, with strong winds blowing from every direction. 

 

Revelation 7:1-3  Then I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds so they did not blow on the earth or the sea, or even on any tree. And I saw another angel coming up from the east, carrying the seal of the living God. And he shouted to the four angels, who had been given power to harm land and sea, "Wait! Don't harm the land or the sea or the trees until we have placed the seal of God on the foreheads of his servants." (see verses 1-8)

Jeremiah 49:36  "I will bring enemies from all directions, and I will scatter the people of Elam to the four winds. They will be exiled to countries around the world." (see verses 34-39)

Ezekiel 37:9-10  Then he said to me, "Speak a prophetic message to the winds, son of man. Speak a prophetic message and say, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so they may live again.' " So I spoke the message as he commanded me, and breath came into their bodies. They all came to life and stood up on their feet--a great army. (see verses 1-14)

Psalm 65:7  You quieted the raging oceans with their pounding waves and silenced the shouting of the nations. (see all Psalm 65)

Psalm 89:9  You rule the oceans. You subdue their storm-tossed waves.

Psalm 107:25-26  He spoke, and the winds rose, stirring up the waves. Their ships were tossed to the heavens and plunged again to the depths; the sailors cringed in terror. (see verses 25-32)
