Daniel 8:3-4

As I looked up, I saw a ram with two long horns standing beside the river. One of the horns was longer than the other, even though it had grown later than the other one. The ram butted everything out of his way to the west, to the north, and to the south, and no one could stand against him or help his victims. He did as he pleased and became very great.

Daniel  5:30-31  That very night Belshazzar, the Babylonian king, was killed. And Darius the Mede took over the kingdom at the age of sixty-two. (see chapter 5)
Daniel 8:19-20  Then he said, "I am here to tell you what will happen later in the time of wrath. What you have seen pertains to the very end of time. The two-headed ram represents the kings of Media and Persia."
Daniel 7:5  Then I saw a second beast, and it looked like a bear. It was rearing up on one side, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And I heard a voice saying to it, "Get up! Devour the flesh of many people!"
Revelation 13:11  Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon. (see verses 11-18)

The ram butted everything out of his way to the west, to the north, and to the south, and no one could stand against him or help his victims.
Isaiah 41:2-3  "Who has stirred up this king from the east, rightly calling him to God's service? Who gives this man victory over many nations and permits him to trample their kings underfoot? With his sword, he reduces armies to dust. With his bow, he scatters them like chaff before the wind. He chases them away and goes on safely, though he is walking over unfamiliar ground." (see verses 1-4)
Ezekiel 34:21  "For you fat sheep pushed and butted and crowded my sick and hungry flock until you scattered them to distant lands." (see verses 1-24)

He did as he pleased and became very great.
Isaiah 45:1-4  This is what the LORD says to Cyrus, his anointed one, whose right hand he will empower. Before him, mighty kings will be paralyzed with fear. Their fortress gates will be opened, never to shut again. This is what the LORD Says: "I will go before you, Cyrus, and level the mountains. I will smash down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. And I will give you treasures hidden in the darkness--secret riches. I will do this so you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, the one who calls you by name. And why have I called you for this work? Why did I call you by name when you did not know me? It is for the sake of Jacob my servant, Israel my chosen one." (see verses 1-7)
