Daniel 7:26-28 Part 1 of 2

"But then the court will pass judgment, and all his power will be taken away and completely destroyed. Then the sovereignty, power, and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be given to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will last forever, and all rulers will serve and obey him." That was the end of the vision. I, Daniel, was terrified by my thoughts and my face was pale with fear, but I kept these things to myself.

"But then the court will pass judgment, and all his power will be taken away and completely destroyed."

Both the beast and his false prophet were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. (see verses 19-21)

"Then the sovereignty, power, and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven"

Psalm 49:14  Like sheep, they are led to the grave, where death will be their shepherd. In the morning the godly will rule over them. Their bodies will rot in the grave, far from their grand estates. (see all Psalm 49)
Isaiah 49:7  The LORD, the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel, says to the one who is despised and rejected by the nations, to the one who is servant of the rulers: "Kings will stand at attention when you pass by. Princes will also bow low because of the LORD, the faithful One of Israel, who has chosen you." (see verses 1-13)
Isaiah 49:23  "Kings and queens will serve you and care for all your needs. They will bow to the earth before you and lick the dust from your feet. Then you will know that I am the LORD. Those who trust in me will never be put to shame." (see verses 21-23)

"will be given to the holy people of the Most High."
1 Corinthians 6:2-3  Don't you realize that someday we believers will judge the world? And since you are going to judge the world, can't you decide even these little things among yourselves? Don't you realize that we will judge angels? So you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disputes in this life. (see verses 1-8)
Genesis 14:19-20a  Melchizedek blessed Abram with this blessing: "Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth. and blessed be God Most High, who has defeated your enemies for you." (see verses 17-20)
