Daniel 7:23-25

Then he said to me, "This fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth. It will be different from all the others. It will devour the whole world, trampling and crushing everything in its path. Its ten horns are ten kings who will rule the empire. Then another king will arise different from the other ten, who will subdue three of them. He will defy the Most High and oppress the holy people of the Most High. He will try to change their sacred festivals and laws, and they will be placed under his control for a time, times, and half a time."
 

Then he said to me, "This fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth. It will be different from all the others. It will devour the whole world, trampling and crushing everything in its path." 

Daniel 2:40  "Following that kingdom, there will be a fourth one, as strong as iron. That kingdom will smash and crush all previous empires, just as iron smashes and crushes everything it strikes." (see verses 39-43)

Daniel 7:7  Then in my vision that night, I saw a fourth beast--terrifying, dreadful, and very strong. It devoured and crushed its victims with huge iron teeth and trampled their remains beneath its feet. It was different from any of the other beasts, and it had ten horns. (see verses 1-14)

"Its ten horns are ten kings who will rule the empire."

Revelation 17:12  "The ten horns of the beast are ten kings who have not yet risen to power. They will be appointed to their kingdoms for one brief moment to reign with the beast. (see verses 11-14)

"Then another king will arise different from the other ten, who will subdue three of them. He will defy the Most High" 

Isaiah 37:23  "Whom have you been defying and ridiculing? Against whom did you raise your voice? At whom did you look with such haughty eyes? It was the Holy One of Israel!" (see verses 21-29, also 2 Kings 19:20-28)

Isaiah 5:19  They even mock God and say, "Hurry up and do something! We want to see what you can do. Let the Holy One of Israel carry out his plan, for we want to know what it is." (see verses 13-25)

Isaiah 45:11  This is what the LORD says--the Holy One of Israel and your creator: "Do you question what I do for my children? Do you give me orders about the work of my hands? (see verses 9-13)

"and oppress the holy people of the Most High." 

Revelation 16:5-6  And I heard the angel who had authority over all water saying, "You are just, O Holy One, who is and who always was, because you have sent these judgments. Since they shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets, you have given them blood to drink. It is their just reward." (see verses 3-7)

"He will try to change their sacred festivals and laws, and they will be placed under his control for a time, times, and half a time." 

Daniel 12:7  The man dressed in linen, who was standing above the river, raised both his hands toward heaven and took a solemn oath by the One who lives forever, saying, "It will go on for a time, times, and half a time. When the shattering of the holy people has finally come to an end, all these things will have happened." (see all chapter 12)

Revelation 11:2  "But do not measure the outer courtyard, for it has been turned over to the nations. They will trample the holy city for 42 months." (see verses 1-14)

Revelation 12:14  But she was given two wings like those of a great eagle so she could fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness. There she would be cared for and protected from the dragon for a time, times, and half a time. (see verses 13-18)

Revelation 13:5  Then the beast was allowed to speak great blasphemies against God. And he was given authority to do whatever he wanted for forty-two months. (see verses 1-10)
