Psalm 91:14-16 Part 1 of 3

The LORD says, "I will rescue those who love me.

    I will protect those who trust in my name.

When they call on me I will answer;

    I will be with them in trouble.

    I will rescue and honor them.

I will reward them with long life

    and give them my salvation." 

The LORD says, "I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name." 

Psalm 17:7  

Show me your unfailing love in wonderful ways.

    By your mighty power you rescue

Psalm 37:39-40  

The LORD rescues the godly;

    he is their fortress in times of trouble.

The LORD helps them,

    rescuing them from the wicked.

He saves them,

Psalm 68:20  

Our God is a God who saves!

    The Sovereign LORD rescues us from death.  (see all Psalm 68)

Proverbs 11:8  

The godly are rescued from trouble,

    and it falls on the wicked instead.  (see all chapter 11)

2 Corinthians 1:10  And he (God) did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us.  (see verses 8-11)
