Psalm 94:2-4 Part 1 of 2

Arise, O Judge of the earth.
Give the proud what they deserve.
How long, O LORD?
How long will the wicked be allowed to gloat?
How long will they speak with arrogance?
How long will these evil people boast?

Arise, O Judge of the earth.
Genesis 18:25  "Surely you wouldn't do such a thing, destroying the righteous along with the wicked. Why, you would be treating the righteous and the wicked exactly the same! Surely you wouldn't do that! Should not the Judge of all the earth do what is right?"  (see verses 18:16-19:29)
Judges 11:27  "Therefore, I have not sinned against you. Rather, you have wronged me by attacking me. Let the LORD, who is judge, decide today which of us is right--Israel or Ammon."  (see all chapter 11)
Psalm 7:11
God is an honest judge.
He is angry with the wicked every day.  (see all Psalm 7)
Hebrews 12:23  You have come to the assembly of God's firstborn children, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God himself, who is the judge over all things. You have come to the spirits of the righteous ones in heaven who have now been made perfect.  (see verses 18-29)
James 5:9  Don't grumble about each other, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. For look--the Judge is standing at the door!  (see verses 7-12)

Give the proud what they deserve.
Deuteronomy 32:40-41
" 'Now I raise my hand to heaven
and declare, "As surely as I live,
when I sharpen my flashing sword
and begin to carry out justice,
I will take revenge on my enemies
and repay those who reject me." ' "  (see verses 1-47)
Psalm 31:23
Love the LORD, all you godly ones!
For the LORD protects those who are loyal to him,
but he harshly punishes the arrogant.  (see all Psalm 31)
