Psalm 104:13-15 Part 1 of 3

You send rain on the mountains from your heavenly home,

    and you fill the earth with the fruit of your labor.

You cause grass to grow for the livestock

    and plants for people to use.

You allow them to produce food from the earth--

    wine to make them glad,

olive oil to soothe their skin,

    and bread to give them strength.

Palm 135:7  

He causes the clouds to rise over the whole earth.

    He sends the lightning with the rain

Jeremiah 10:13  

When he speaks in the thunder,

    the heavens roar with rain.

Amos 9:6  

The LORD's home reaches up to the heavens,

    while its foundation is on the earth.

He draws up water from the oceans

    and pours it down as rain on the land.

    The LORD is his name!  (see all chapter 9)

Zechariah 10:1  

Ask the LORD for rain in the spring,

    for he makes the storm clouds.

And he will send showers of rain

    so every field becomes a lush pasture.  (see all chapter 10)

Leviticus 26:3-4  "If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, I will send you the seasonal rains. The land will then yield its crops, and the trees of the field will produce their fruit."  (see all chapter 26)

Genesis 1:29-30  Then God said, "Look! I have given you every seed-bearing plant throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. And I have given every green plant as food for all the wild animals, the birds in the sky, and the small animals that scurry along the ground--everything that has life."  And that is what happened.  (see all chapter 1)

Job 38:26-27  

"Who makes the rain fall on barren land,

    in a desert where no one lives?

Who sends rain to satisfy the parched ground

    and make the tender grass spring up?"  (see all chapters 38-39)
