Isaiah 29:15
What sorrow awaits those who try to hide their plans from the LORD, who do evil deeds in the dark! "The LORD can't see us," they say. "He doesn't know what's going on!" (see verses 11-16)
Jeremiah 22:17 "But you! (Jehoiakim) You have eyes only for greed and dishonesty! You murder the innocent, oppress the poor, and reign ruthlessly." (see verses 13-19)
