Habakkuk 2:12-14 Part 2 of 2

"What sorrow awaits you who build cities with money gained through murder and corruption! Has not the LORD of Heaven's Armies promised that the wealth of nations will turn to ashes? They work so hard, but all in vain! For as the waters fill the sea, the earth will be filled with an awareness of the glory of the LORD."

Isaiah 47:11 "So disaster will overtake you (Babylon), and you won't be able to charm it away. Calamity will fall upon you, and you won't be able to buy your way out. A catastrophe will strike you suddenly, one for which you are not prepared." (see all chapter 47)

Jeremiah 51:58  This is what the LORD of Heaven's Armies says: "The thick walls of Babylon will be leveled to the ground, and her massive gates will be burned. The builders from many lands have worked in vain, for their work will be destroyed by fire!" (see verses 54-58)

Isaiah 11:9  Nothing will hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain, for as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the LORD. (see all chapter 11)

Psalm 19:1  The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship. (see verses 1-6)

Psalm 97:6  The heavens proclaim his righteousness; every nation sees his glory. (see all chapter 97)

Isaiah 6:3  They (mighty seraphim) were calling out to each other, "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Heaven's Armies! The whole earth is filled with his glory!" (see all chapter 6)

Ezekiel 1:28  All around him was a glowing halo, like a rainbow shining in the clouds on a rainy day. This is what the glory of the LORD looked like to me. When I saw it, I fell face down on the ground, and I heard someone's voice speaking to me. (see all chapter 1)

Ezekiel 10:4  Then the glory of the LORD rose up from above the cherubim and went over to the door of the Temple. The Temple was filled with this cloud of glory, and the courtyard glowed brightly with the glory of the LORD. (see all chapter 10, also 43:1-12)

Isaiah 40:5  "Then the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all people will see it together. The LORD has spoken!" (see verses 1-5)

Luke 2:9  Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared among them, and the radiance of the Lord's glory surrounded them. (see verses 8-20)

Acts 7:55  But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed steadily into heaven and saw the glory of God, and he saw Jesus standing in the place of honor at God's right hand. (see all chapters 6-7)

Romans 11:36  For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen. (see verses 25-36)
