James 2:12-13 Part 1 of 2

So whatever you say or whatever you do, remember that you will be judged by the law that sets you free. There is no mercy for those who have not shown mercy to others. But if you have been merciful, God will be merciful when he judges you.

Matthew 7:24-25  "Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the flood waters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won't collapse because it is built on bedrock." (see verses 24-29)

Matthew 16:27  "For the Son of Man will come with his angels in the glory of his Father and will judge all people according to their deeds." (see verses 21-28)

Luke 11:28  Jesus replied, "But even more blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice." (see verses 14-28)

John 8:31-32  Jesus said to the people who believed in him, "You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (see verses 31-58)

1 Corinthians 3:12-15  Anyone who builds on that foundation (verses 10-11) may use a variety of materials--gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person's work has any value. If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward. But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames. (see all chapter 3)

2 Corinthians 5:10  For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body. (see verses 1-10)

James 1:25  But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don't forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it. (see verses 19-27)

Revelation 22:12  "Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds." (see all chapter 22)
