Psalm 102:15-17 Part 1 of 2

Then the nations will tremble before the LORD.
    The kings of the earth will tremble before his glory.
For the LORD will rebuild Jerusalem.
    He will appear in his glory.
He will listen to the prayers of the destitute.
    He will not reject their pleas.
 
Then the nations will tremble before the LORD. The kings of the earth will tremble before his glory.
1 Kings 8:41-43  "In the future, foreigners who do not belong to your people Israel will hear of you. They will come from distant lands because of your name (the LORD God of Israel). For they will hear of your great name and your strong hand and your powerful arm. And when they pray toward this Temple, then hear from heaven where you live, and grant what they ask of you. In this way, all the people of the earth will come to know and fear you, just as your own people Israel do. They, too, will know that this Temple I (Solomon) have built honors your name."  (see verses 22-62)

Yes, God will bless us,

Isaiah 2:2  
In the last days, the mountain of the LORD's house
    will be the highest of all--
    the most important place on earth.
It will be raised above other hills,
    and people from all over the world will stream there to worship.

For the LORD will rebuild Jerusalem. 
Psalm 147:2  
The LORD is rebuilding Jerusalem
    and bringing the exiles back to Israel.  (see all Psalm 147)
Isaiah 14:32  What should we tell the Philistine messengers? Tell them,
"The LORD has rebuilt Jerusalem;
    its walls will give refuge to his oppressed people."  (see verses 29-32)
Zechariah 1:16-17  " 'Therefore, this is what the LORD says: I have returned to show mercy to Jerusalem. My Temple will be rebuilt, says the LORD of Heaven's Armies, and measurements will be taken for the reconstruction of Jerusalem.' Say this also: 'This is what the LORD of Heaven's Armies says, The towns of Israel will again overflow with prosperity, and the LORD will again comfort Zion and choose Jerusalem as his own.' Psalm 69:35  
For God will save Jerusalem
    and rebuild the towns of Judah.
His people will live there
    and settle in their own land.  (see verses 29-36)
Isaiah 44:26  
"But I (the LORD) carry out the predictions of my prophets!
    By them I say to Jerusalem, 'People will live here again,'
and to the towns of Judah, 'You will be rebuilt;
    I will restore all your ruins!' " (see verses 21-28)
