Psalm 103:7

He revealed his character to Moses
and his deeds to the people of Israel.

He revealed his character to Moses
Exodus 33:13  "If it is true that you look favorably on me (Moses), let me know your ways so I may understand you more fully and continue to enjoy your favor. And remember that this nation is your very own people."
(see all chapter 33)
Exodus 34:6-7  The LORD passed in front of Moses, calling out,
"Yahweh! The LORD!
The God of compassion and mercy!
I am slow to anger
and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.
I lavish unfailing love to a thousand generations.
I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin.
But I do not excuse the guilty.
    I lay the sins of parents upon their children and grandchildren;
the entire family is effected--
even in the third and fourth generations."  (see verses 1-11)
Numbers 14:10-12  But the whole community began to talk about stoning Joshua and Caleb. Then the glorious presence of the LORD appeared to all the Israelites at the Tabernacle. And the LORD said to Moses, "How long will these people treat me with contempt? Will they never believe me, even after all the miraculous signs I have done among them? I will disown them and destroy them with a plague. Then I will make you into a nation greater and mightier than they are!"  (see all chapter 14)

and his deeds to the people of Israel.
Psalm 99:7
He spoke to Israel from the pillar of cloud,
and they followed the laws and decrees he gave them.  (see all Psalm 99)
Psalm 147:19-20
He has revealed his words to Jacob,
his decrees and regulations to Israel.
He has not done this for any other nation;
they do not know his regulations.
Praise the LORD!  (see all Psalm 147)
Psalm 106:24-27
The people refused to enter the pleasant land,
for they wouldn't believe his promise to care for them.
Instead they grumbled in their tents
and refused to obey the LORD.
Therefore, he solemnly swore
that he would kill them in the wilderness,
that he would scatter their descendants among the nations,
    exiling them to distant lands.
Psalm 106:45-46
He remembered his covenant with them
and relented because of his unfailing love.
He even caused their captors
to treat them with kindness.  (see all Psalm 106)
