Luke 8:1-3 Part 1 of 2

Soon afterward Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages, preaching and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom of God. He took his twelve disciples with him, along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases. Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons; Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod's business manager; Susanna; and many others who were contributing from their own resources to support Jesus and his disciples.

Soon afterward Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages,

Mark 1:39  So he traveled throughout the region of Galilee, preaching in the synagogues and casting out demons.

Mark 6:6  Then Jesus went from village to village, teaching the people.

Luke 13:22  Jesus went through the towns and villages, teaching as he went, always pressing on toward Jerusalem.

preaching and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom of God. 

Matthew 4:23  Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness.

Matthew 9:35  Jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease.

Mark 1:14  Later on, after John was arrested, Jesus went into Galilee, where he preached God's Good News.

Luke 4:43-44  But he replied, "I must preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God in other towns, too, because that is why I was sent." So he continued to travel around, preaching in synagogues throughout Judea.

Acts 20:25  "And now I know that none of you to whom I have preached the Kingdom will ever see me again."

Acts 28:23  So a time was set, and on that day a large number of people came to Paul's lodging. He explained and testified about the Kingdom of God and tried to persuade them about Jesus from the Scriptures. Using the law of Moses and the books of the prophets, he spoke to them from morning to evening.

Acts 28:30-31  For the next two years, Paul lived in Rome at his own expense. He welcomed all who visited him, boldly proclaiming the Kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ. And no one tried to stop him.
