Luke 18:35-39 Part 2 of 2

As Jesus approached Jericho, a blind beggar was sitting beside the road. When he heard the noise of a crowd going past, he asked what was happening. They told him that Jesus the Nazarene was going by. So he began shouting, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"  "Be quiet!" the people in front yelled at him. But he only shouted louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"

So he began shouting, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
Matthew 1:1  This is a record of the ancestors of Jesus the Messiah, a descendant of David and of Abraham: ...
Matthew 9:27  After Jesus left the girl's home, two blind men followed along behind him, shouting, "Son of David, have mercy on us!" (see verses 27-31) 
Matthew 15:22  A Gentile woman who lived there came to him, pleading, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! For my daughter is possessed by a demon that tortures her severely." (see verses 21-28)
Matthew 20:30b  When they heard that Jesus was coming that way, they began shouting, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"
Matthew 21:9  Jesus was in the center of the procession, and the people all around him were shouting, "Praise God for the Son of David! Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the LORD! Praise God in highest heaven!" (see verses 1-11, also Psalm 118:25-26, 148:1)
Matthew 22:41-42  Then, surrounded by the Pharisees, Jesus asked them a question: "What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is he?" They replied, "He is the son of David." (see verses 41-46)
Mark 10:47  When Bartimaeus heard that Jesus of Nazareth was nearby, he began to shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
 
"Be quiet!" the people in front yelled at him. But he only shouted louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!" 
Matthew 20:31  "Be quiet!" the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"
Mark 10:48  "Be quiet!" many of the people yelled at him. but he only shouted louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"
