Luke 19:45-48

Then Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out the people selling animals for sacrifices. He said to them, "The Scriptures declare, 'My Temple will be a house of prayer,' but you have turned it into a den of thieves." After that, he taught daily in the Temple, but the leading priests, the teachers of religious law, and the other leaders of the people began planning how to kill him. But they could think of nothing, because all the people hung on every word he said.

Then Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out the people selling animals for sacrifices.
Mark 11:15-16  When they arrived back in Jerusalem, Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out the people buying and selling animals for sacrifices. He knocked over the tables of the money changers and the chairs of those selling doves, and he stopped everyone from using the Temple as a marketplace. (see also Matthew 21:12, John 2:14-17)

"The Scriptures declare, 'My Temple will be a house of prayer,' but you have turned it into a den of thieves."
Isaiah 56:7  "I will bring them to my holy mountain of Jerusalem and will fill them with joy in my house of prayer. I will accept their burnt offerings and sacrifices, because my Temple will be called a house of prayer for all nations."
Jeremiah 7:11  "Don't you yourselves admit that this Temple, which bears my name, has become a den of thieves? Surely I see all the evil going there. I, the LORD, have spoken!" (see verses 1-15)
Mark 11:17  He said to them, "The Scriptures declare, 'My Temple will be called a house of prayer for all nations,' but you have turned it into a den of thieves." (see also Matthew 21:13)

After that he taught daily in the Temple, but the leading priests, the teachers of religious law, and the other leaders of the people began planning how to kill him. But they could think of nothing, because all the people hung on every word he said.
Matthew 26:3-4  At that same time (see verses 1-2) the leading priests and elders were meeting at the residence of Caiaphas, the high priest, plotting how to capture Jesus secretly and kill him.
Mark 11:18  When the leading priests and teachers of religious law heard what Jesus had done, they began planning how to kill him. But they were afraid of him because the people were so amazed at his teaching. (see verses 15-17)
Luke 20:19-20  The teachers of religious law and the leading priests wanted to arrest Jesus immediately because they realized he was telling the story against them--they were the wicked farmers. (see verses 9-18) But they were afraid of the people's reaction. Watching for their opportunity, the leaders sent spies pretending to be honest men. They tried to get Jesus to say something that could be reported to the Roman governor so he would arrest Jesus. (see verses 21-26)
John 7:1  After this (see 6:22-70), Jesus traveled around Galilee. He wanted to stay out of Judea, where the Jewish leaders were plotting his death.
