Luke 18:40-43 Part 2 of 2

When Jesus heard him, he stopped and ordered that the man be brought to him. As the man came near, Jesus asked him, "What do you want me to do for you?"  "Lord," he said, "I want to see!" And Jesus said, "All right, receive your sight! Your faith has healed you." Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus, praising God. And all who saw it praised God, too.

Matthew 5:16  "In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father." (see verses 13-16)

Matthew 9:8  Fear swept through the crowd as they saw this happen. and they praised God for sending a man with such great authority. (see verses 1-8)

Matthew 15:31  The crowd was amazed! Those who hadn't been able to speak were talking, the crippled were made well, the lame were walking, and the blind could see again! And they praised the God of Israel. (see verses 29-31)

Acts 4:21-22  The council then threatened them further, but they finally let them go because they didn't know how to punish them without starting a riot. For everyone was praising God for this miraculous sign--the healing of a man who had been lame for more than forty years. (see verses 3:1-4:31)

Acts 11:18  When the others heard this, they stopped objecting and began praising God. They said, "We can see that God has also given the Gentiles the privilege of repenting of their sins and receiving eternal life." (see verses 10:1-11:18)
