Daniel 9:13-14 Part 2 of 4

"Every curse written against us in the Law of Moses has come true. Yet we have refused to seek mercy from the LORD our God by turning from our sins and recognizing his truth. Therefore, the LORD has brought upon us the disaster he prepared. The LORD our God was right to do all of these things, for we did not obey him."

Hosea 7:7  "Burning like an oven, they consume their leaders. They kill their kings one after another, and no one cries to me for help."

Hosea 7:10  "Their arrogance testifies against them, yet they don't return to the LORD their God or even try to find him." (see all chapter 7)

Amos 4:6  "I brought hunger to every city and famine to every town. But still you would not return to me," says the LORD.

Amos 4:10  "I sent plagues on you like the plagues I sent on Egypt long ago. I killed your young men in war and led all your horses away. The stench of death filled the air! But still you would not return to me," says the LORD. (see all chapter 4)

Zephaniah 1:6  "And I will destroy those who used to worship me but now no longer do. They no longer ask for the LORD's guidance or seek my blessings." (see verses 4-13)

Jeremiah 30:24  "I have punished your children, but they did not respond to my discipline. You yourselves have killed your prophets as a lion kills its prey." (see verses 14-31)

Jeremiah 18:11  "Therefore, Jeremiah, go and warn all Judah and Jerusalem. Say to them, 'This is what the LORD says: I am planning disaster for you instead of good. So turn from your evil ways, each of you, and do what is right." (see verses 1-17)

Jeremiah 30:24  The fierce anger of the LORD will not diminish until it has finished all he has planned. In the days to come you will understand all this.

Jeremiah 31:28  "In the past I deliberately uprooted and tore down this nation. I overthrew it, destroyed it, and brought disaster upon it. But in the future I will just as deliberately plant it and build it up. I, the LORD, have spoken!" (see verses 23-40)

Jeremiah 42:18  "This is what the LORD of Heaven's Armies, the God of Israel, says: 'Just as my anger and fury have been poured out on the people of Jerusalem, so they will be poured out on you when you enter Egypt. You will be an object of damnation, horror, cursing, and mockery. And you will never see your homeland again.' " (see all chapter 42)

Hosea 11:7  "For my people are determined to desert me. They call me the Most High, but they don't truly honor me." (see all chapter 11)

Amos 3:6-7  When the ram's horn blows a warning, shouldn't the people be alarmed? Does disaster come to a city unless the LORD has planned it? Indeed, the Sovereign LORD never does anything until he reveals his plans to his servants the prophets. (see all chapter 3)
