Daniel 9:13-14 Part 3 of 4

"Every curse written against us in the Law of Moses has come true. Yet we have refused to seek mercy from the LORD our God by turning from our sins and recognizing his truth. Therefore, the LORD has brought upon us the disaster he prepared. The LORD our God was right to do all of these things, for we did not obey him."

Genesis 18:25  "Surely you wouldn't do such a thing, destroying the righteous along with the wicked. Why, you would be treating the righteous and the wicked exactly the same! Surely you wouldn't do that! Should not the Judge of all the earth do what is right?" (see verses 18:16-19:29)

Ezra 9:15  "O LORD, God of Israel, you are just. We come before you in our guilt as nothing but an escaped remnant, though in such a condition none of us can stand in your presence." (see all chapter 9)

Nehemiah 9:33  "Every time you punished us you were being just. We have sinned greatly, and you gave us only what we deserved." (see verses 6-37)

Psalm 58:11  Then everyone will say, "There truly is a reward for those who live for God; surely there is a God who judges justly here on earth." (see all Psalm 58)

Isaiah 3:10-11  Tell the godly that all will be well for them. They will enjoy the rich reward they have earned! But the wicked are doomed, for they will get exactly what they deserve. (see all chapter 3)

2 Chronicles 12:5-6  The prophet Shemaiah then met with Rehoboam and Judah's leaders, who had all fled to Jerusalem because of Shishak (king of Egypt). Shemaiah told them, "This is what the LORD says: You have abandoned me, so I am abandoning you to Shishak." Then the leaders of Israel and the king humbled themselves and said, "The LORD is right in doing this to us!" (see verses 1-12)

Psalm 51:3-4  For I recognize my rebellion; it haunts me day and night. Against you, and you alone, have I sinned; I have done what is evil in your sight. You will be proved right in what you say, and your judgment against me if just. (see all Psalm 51)

Lamentations 1:18  "The LORD is right," Jerusalem says, "for I rebelled against him. Listen, people everywhere; look upon my anguish and despair, for my sons and daughters have been taken captive to distant lands." (see verses 17-22)
