Daniel 9:9-10

"But the Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him. We have not obeyed the LORD our God, for we have not followed the instructions he gave us through his servants the prophets."

Exodus 20:6  "But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my commands." (see verses 1-21)

Psalm 51:1  Have mercy on me, O God, because of your unfailing love. Because of your great compassion, blot out the stain of my sins. (see all Psalm 51)

Psalm 106:7  Our ancestors in Egypt were not impressed by the LORD's miraculous deeds. They soon forgot his many acts of kindness to them. Instead, they rebelled against him at the Red Sea. (see all Psalm 106)

2 Kings 17:13  Again and again the LORD had sent his prophets and seers to warn both Israel and Judah: "Turn from all your evil ways. Obey my commands and decrees--the entire law that I commanded your ancestors to obey, and that I gave you through my servants the prophets." (see verses 5-23)

2 Kings 18:12  For they refused to listen to the LORD their God and obey him. Instead, they violated his covenant--all the laws that Moses the LORD's servant had commanded them to obey. (see verses 9-12)
