Psalm 107:4-9 Part 3 of 3

Some wandered in the wilderness,
    lost and homeless.
Hungry and thirsty,
    they nearly died.
"LORD, help!" they cried in their trouble,
and he rescued them from their distress.
He led them straight to safety,
to a city where they could live.
Let them praise the LORD for his great love
and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
For he satisfies the thirsty
and fills the hungry with good things.

For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.
Psalm 22:26
The poor will eat and be satisfied.
All who seek the LORD will praise him.
Their hearts will rejoice with everlasting joy.  (see all Psalm 22)

The LORD is my shepherd;
I have all that I need.  (see all Psalm 23)
Psalm 63:5

I will praise you with songs of joy.  (see all Psalm 63)
Isaiah 58:11
"The LORD will guide you continually,
giving you water when you are dry
    and restoring your strength.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like an ever-flowing spring."  (see all chapter 58)
Matthew 5:6
"God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice,
for they will be satisfied."  (see all chapter 5)
Luke 1:53
"He has filled the hungry with good things
and sent the rich away with empty hands."  (see verses 39-56)
