Psalm 114:3-6

The Red Sea saw them coming and hurried out of their way!
The water of the Jordan River turned away.
The mountains skipped like rams,
    the hills like lambs!
What's wrong Red Sea, that made you hurry out of their way?
What happened Jordan River, that you turned away?
Why mountains did you skip like rams?
    Why hills, like lambs?

The Red Sea saw them coming and hurried out of their way!
Exodus 14:21  Then Moses raised his hand over the sea, and the LORD opened up a path through the water with a strong east wind. The wind blew all that night, turning the seabed into dry land.  (see Exodus 14:21-31)
Exodus 15:8
"At the blast of your breath,
    the waters piled up!
The surging waters stood straight like a wall;
in the heart of the sea the deep waters became hard."
    (see Exodus 15:1-21)
Psalm 77:16
When the Red Sea saw you, O God,
    its waters looked and trembled!
The sea quaked to its very depths.  (see all Psalm 77)

The water of the Jordan River turned away.
Joshua 3:15-16  It was the harvest season, and the Jordan was overflowing its banks. But as soon as the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark touched the water at the river's edge, the water above that point began backing up a great distance away at a town called Adam, which is near Zarethan. And the water below that point flowed on to the Dead Sea until the riverbed was dry. Then all the people crossed over near the town of Jericho.  (see all Joshua 3)

The mountains skipped like rams, the hills like lambs!

    the God of Mount Sinai--
in the presence of the LORD,
the God of Israel."  (see all Judges 5)
Habakkuk 3:6
When he stops, the earth shakes.
When he looks, the nations tremble.
He shatters the everlasting mountains
    and levels the eternal hills.
    He is the Eternal One.!
Isaiah 64:3
When you came down long ago,
you did awesome deeds beyond our highest expectations.
And, oh, how the mountains quaked!  (see all Isaiah 64)

What's wrong, Red Sea, that made you hurry out of their way? What happened, Jordan River, that you turned away? Why, mountains, did you skip like rams? Why hills, like lambs?
Habakkuk 3:8
Was it in anger, LORD, that you struck the rivers
    and parted the seas?
Were you displeased with them?
No, you were sending your chariots of salvation!
Habakkuk 3:10
The mountains watched and trembled.
    Onward swept the raging waters.
The mighty deep cried out,
lifting its hands in submission.  (see all Habakkuk 3)
