Psalm 116:5-9 Part 2 of 2

How kind the LORD is! How good he is!
    So merciful, this God of ours!
The LORD protects those of childlike faith;
    I was facing death and he saved me.
Let my soul be at rest again,
    for the LORD has been good to me.
He has saved me from death,
    my eyes from tears,
    my feet from stumbling.
And so I walk in the LORD's presence
    as I live here on earth.

He has saved me from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
Psalm 49:15
But as for me, God will redeem my life.
    He will snatch me from the power of the grave.  (see all Psalm 49)
Psalm 56:13
For you have rescued me from death;
    you have kept my feet from slipping.
So now I can walk in your presence, O God,
    in your life-giving light.  (see all Psalm 56)
Psalm 86:12-13
With all my heart I will praise you, O LORD my God.
    I will give glory to your name forever,
for your love for me is very great.
    You have rescued me from the depths of death.  (see all Psalm 86)

And so I walk in the LORD's presence as I live here on earth.

Psalm 89:15
Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship,
    for they will walk in the light of your presence, LORD.  (see all Psalm 89)
Psalm 27:13-14
Yet I am confident I will see the LORD's goodness
    while I am here in the land of the living.
Wait patiently for the LORD.
    Be brave and courageous.
    Yes, wait patiently for the LORD.  (see all Psalm 27)
