Luke 7:11-15 Part 2 of 2

Soon afterward Jesus went with his disciples to the village of Nain, and a large crowd followed him. A funeral procession was coming out as he approached the village gate. The young man who had died was a widow's only son, and a large crowd from the village was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart overflowed with compassion. "Don't cry!" he said. Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped. "Young man," he said, "I tell you, get up." Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk! And Jesus gave him back to his mother.

"Don't cry!" he said
Luke 8:52  The house was filled with people weeping and wailing, but he said, "Stop the weeping! She isn't dead; she's only asleep."

Then he walked over to the coffin and touched it, and the bearers stopped. "Young man," he said, "I tell you, get up."   
Mark 5:41  Holding her hand, he said to her, "Talitha koum," which means "Little girl, get up!"
Luke 8:54  Then Jesus took her by the hand and said in a loud voice, "My child, get up!"
John 11:43  Then Jesus shouted, "Lazarus, come out!"

Then the dead boy sat up and began to talk! 
Matthew 9:25  After the crowd was put outside, however, Jesus went in and took the girl by the hand, and she stood up!
Luke 8:55  And at that moment her life returned, and she immediately stood up! Then Jesus told them to give her something to eat.
John 11:44  And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in graveclothes, his face wrapped in a head cloth. Jesus told them, "Unwrap him and let him go!"

And Jesus gave him back to his mother. 
1 Kings 11:17  Then Elijah brought him down from the upper room and gave him to his mother. "Look," he said. "Your son is alive!"
2 Kings 4:36  Then Elisha summoned Gehazi. "Call the child's mother!" he said. And when she came in, Elisha said, "Here, take your son!"
