Luke 7:16-17 Part 1 of 2

Great fear swept the crowd, and they praised God, saying, "A mighty prophet has risen among us," and "God has visited his people today." And the news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding countryside.

Great fear swept the crowd,
Luke 1:65  Awe fell upon the whole neighborhood, and the news of what had happened spread throughout the Judean hills. (Luke 1:57-66)  
Matthew 9:8a  Fear swept through the crowd as they saw this happen. (Matthew 9:1-7)
Luke 5:26  Everyone was gripped with great wonder and awe, and they praised God, exclaiming "We have seen amazing things today!"
 
and they praised God,

Luke 24:52-53  So they worshiped him and then returned to Jerusalem filled with great joy. And they spent all of their time in the Temple, praising God. (Luke 24:50-53)
