Luke 5:25-26 Part 2 of 2

And immediately, as everyone watched, the man jumped up, picked up his mat and went home praising God. Everyone was gripped with great wonder and awe, and they praised God, exclaiming, "We have seen amazing things today!"

and they praised God.

Matthew 5:16  "In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father."

Acts 4:21-22  The council then threatened them further, but they finally let them go because they didn't know how to punish them without starting a riot. For everyone was praising God for this miraculous sign--the healing of a man who had been lame for more than forty years.

Acts 11:18  When the others heard this, they stopped objecting and began praising God. They said, "We can see that God has also given the Gentiles the privilege of repenting of their sins and receiving eternal life."

Acts 21:18-20a  The next day Paul went with us to meet with James, and all the elders of the Jerusalem church were present. After greeting them, Paul gave a detailed account of the things God had accomplished among the Gentiles through his ministry. After hearing this, they praised God.

1 Chronicles 29:10-11  Then David praised the LORD in the presence of the whole assembly: "O LORD, the God of our ancestor Israel, may you be praised forever and ever! Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O LORD, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things."

Isaiah 63:7  I will tell of the LORD's unfailing love. I will praise the LORD for all he has done. I will rejoice in his great goodness to Israel, which he has granted according to his mercy and love.

Daniel 2:19  That night the secret was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven.

Luke 18:43  Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus, praising God. And all who saw it praised God, too.

Romans 9:5  Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are their ancestors, and Christ himself was an Israelite as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, the one who rules over everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.
