Psalm 89:41-45 Part 1 of 2

Everyone who comes along has robbed him,
    and he has become a joke to his neighbors.
You have strengthened his enemies
    and made them all rejoice.
You have made his sword useless
    and refused to help him in battle.
You have ended his splendor
    and overturned his throne.
You have made him old before his time
    and publicly disgraced him.
 
Everyone who comes along has robbed him,
Judges 2:14  This made the LORD burn with anger against Israel, so he handed them over to raiders who stole their possessions. He turned them over to their enemies all around, and they were no longer able to resist them. (see verses 10-15)
Psalm 44:10  
You make us retreat from our enemies
    and allow those who hate us to plunder our land.  (see verses 9-16)
Ezekiel 34:8  "As surely as I live, says the Sovereign LORD, you abandoned my flock and left them to be attacked by every wild animal. And though you were my shepherds, you didn't search for my sheep when they were lost. You took care of yourselves and left the sheep to starve."  (see all chapter 34)
