Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and never give up.
1 Samuel 12:23 "As for me [the prophet Samuel], I will certainly not sin against the LORD by ending my prayers for you [Israel]. And I will continue to teach you what is good and right." [see all chapter 12]
Isaiah 40:29-30 He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Acts 1:14 They [the apostles] all met together and were constantly united in prayer, along with Mary the mother of Jesus, and the brothers of Jesus.
