Luke 18:1 Part 2 of 2

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and never give up.

Luke 21:36  "Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man." (see verses 5-36)

2 Corinthians 4:1  Therefore since God in his mercy has given us this new way (or ministry), we never give up. (see verses 3:4-18)

2 Corinthians 4:16  That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. (see verses 1-18)

2 Thessalonians 3:13  As for the rest of you, dear brothers and sisters, never get tired of doing good.

2 Chronicles 15:7  "But as for you (King Asa), be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded. (see verses 1-19)

Galatians 6:7-10  Don't be misled--you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone--especially to those in the family of faith.
