Luke 16:10-12 Part 2 of 2

"If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater responsibilities. And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? And if you are not faithful with other people's things, why should you be trusted with things of your own?"

"And if you are not faithful with other people's things, why should you be trusted with things of your own?"
1 Chronicles 29:14  "But who am I (king David), and who are my people, that we could give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we give you only what you first gave us!"
1 Chronicles 29:16  "O LORD our God, even this material we have gathered to build a Temple to honor your holy name comes from you! It belongs to you!" (see verses 1-20)
Luke 19:20-23  "But the third servant brought back only the original amount of money and said, 'Master, I hid your money and kept it safe. I was afraid because you are a hard man to deal with, taking what isn't yours and harvesting crops you didn't plant.'  'You wicked servant!' the king roared. 'Your own words condemn you. If you knew that I'm a hard man who takes what isn't mine and harvests crops I didn't plant, why didn't you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it.' " (see verses 11-27)
Proverbs 20:6  Many will say they are loyal friends, but who can find one who is truly reliable?
