Luke 22:13-16 Part 1 of 2

They went off to the city and found everything just as Jesus had said, and they prepared the Passover meal there. When the time came, Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table. Jesus said, "I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins. For I tell you now that I won't eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the Kingdom of God."

Luke 19:32  So they went and found the colt, just as Jesus had said. (see verses 28-35)

 

When the time came, Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table. 

Luke 22:53  "Why didn't you arrest me in the Temple? I was there every day. But this is your moment, the time when the power of darkness reigns."

John 13:1  Before the Passover celebration, Jesus knew his hour had come to leave this world and return to his Father. He had loved his disciples during his ministry on earth, and now he loved them to the very end.

John 17:1  After saying all these things (see chapters 14-16), Jesus looked up to heaven and said, "Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son so he can give glory back to you." (see all chapter 17)

Matthew 26:20  When it was evening, Jesus sat down at the table with the twelve disciples.

Mark 14:7  In the evening Jesus arrived with the twelve disciples.

 

Jesus said, "I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins." 

Matthew 16:21  From then on Jesus began to tell his disciples plainly that it was necessary for him to go to Jerusalem and that he would suffer many terrible things at the hands of the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He would be killed, but on the third day he would be raised from the dead.

Isaiah 53:3  He was despised and rejected--a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised and we did not care. (see all chapter 53)
