Luke 22:13-16 Part 2 of 2

They went off to the city and found everything just as Jesus had said, and they prepared the Passover meal there. When the time came, Jesus and the apostles sat down together at the table. Jesus said, "I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you before my suffering begins. For I tell you now that I won't eat this meal again until its meaning is fulfilled in the Kingdom of God."

Isaiah 25:6  In Jerusalem, the LORD of Heaven's Armies will spread a wonderful feast for all the people of the world. It will be a delicious banquet with clear, well-aged wine and choice meat. (see verses 6-8)

Matthew 26:29  "Mark my words--I will not drink wine again until the day I drink it new with you in my Father's Kingdom."

Luke 13:29  "And people will come from all over the world--from east and west, north and south--to take their places in the Kingdom of God." (see verses 22-30)

Luke 22:29-30  "And just as my Father has granted me a Kingdom, I now grant you the right to eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom. And you will sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

Revelation 19:9  And the angel said to me, "Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb." And he added, "These are true words that come from God." (see verses 1-8)

Matthew 6:10  "May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
