James 5:8

You, too, must be patient. Take courage for the coming of the Lord is near.

 

Romans 13:11-12  This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living. (see verses 8-14)

Philippians 4:5  Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. (see verses 4-9)

1 Thessalonians 3:13  May he, as a result, make your hearts strong, blameless, and holy as you stand before God our Father when our Lord Jesus comes again with all his holy people. Amen. (see verses 9-13)

1 Thessalonians 5:4-6  But you aren't in the dark about these things, dear brothers and sisters, and you won't be surprised when the day of the Lord comes like a thief. For you are all children of the light and of the day; we don't belong to darkness and night. So be on your guard, not asleep like the others. Stay alert and be clear-headed. (see 4:13 - 5:22)

Hebrews 10:25  And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. (see verses 19-39)

1 Peter 4:7  The end of the world is coming soon. Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your prayers. (see verses 1-11)
